Continue the Dubai Fitness Challenge from the 20th of October until the 18th of November. November has some really great sporting events, so get your fitness gear on because you’re in for some good times. You’ve got two major events in November, the DP world Tour Championship and right at the end, the beginning of the Rugby Sevens.
These sporting events are perfect to enjoy from a cheap hotel in Dubai.
Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup Dubai
The Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup has been in Dubai since 2011 and some of the best players in the world will come to take part in this great football event.
With a new 3,000 seat stadium at Marasi in the Business Bay, it’ll be a great time for fans of football.
The Intercontinental Beach Soccer Cup will be taking place between the 31st of October and the 4th of November.
Dubai Camel Races
The iconic traditional Arabian camel races will be taking place through November. With huge high-end and cash prizes for the winners of the races, the competitive spirit will be high.
The Camel Races will be taking place on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 24th, 25th and 30th of November.
Meydan Horse Races
Horse racing is a national pastime in the UAE and in November we’ll be glad to see two full days of horse races at the Meydan Racecourse.
Everybody loves to watch the horse races and it’s a great competitive day out.
The Meydan Horse Races will be happening on the 9th and 23rd of November.
Dubai International Triathlon
The Dubai International Triathlon will be taking place on the 10th of November to take part in the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
The Dubai International Triathlon will include a 1.5km swim, 80km cycle and ending in a 10km run.
XDubai Spartan Race
Again, part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge this adrenaline fuelled physical and mental endurance race is a 3-hour long gruelling obstacle course.
The XDubai Spartan Race is taking place on the 10th of November at Hatta.
The Color Run
As part of Dubai’s Fitness Challenge, the Color Run by Daman’s ActiveLife is taking place on the 11th of November. IT’s a 5km run, jog or walk while everybody tosses powdered colours into the air. You’ll come out looking perfect for some photos. Great for families.
DP World Tour Championship
One of the golf’s most premier tournaments, the DP World Tour Championship and climax of the Race to Dubai tour, is taking place in Dubai for four days from the 16th of November. It’ll be down at the Earth Course at Jumeirah Golf Estates and is completely free.
Dubai Women’s Run
On the 17th of November, one of the final events of the Dubai Fitness Challenge is the Dubai Women’s Run. This ladies-only event will be encouraging women to embrace fitness in a comfortable and supportive space for everybody over 14 years old.
You can take part in either a 5km or 10km run to help promote a healthier lifestyle for women.
Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens
The Rugby Sevens starts on the 30th of November so it just makes the cut for this list. Every year a huge crowd is drawn to The Sevens Stadium for some of the best rugby action in the world. There’s plenty of competitions, giveaways, activities, music and more to keep the crowds entertained.
